Throughout January we hosted nearly 1,000 classes with members joining us online to workout.
Now more than ever we are tailoring what we do for our members and this year we have more planned than we thought was possible in 2020!
We are now running a mixture of Zoom sessions and Facebook Live workouts for members. The mixture offers different ways to train and different levels of accountability.
Facebook Live workouts give our coaches a workout with our members ā something that was never done in class but we know the members love seeing the coaches feel the same pain! These are also available for members to watch anytime which is important when our routines arenāt what they were and we are all juggling a lot.
The Zoom sessions are designed for coaching live ā with or without kit – our members can experience the same level of support as they would do in class.
New class types for 2021!
We are already offering our members a few different class formats ā from weight training to HIIT workouts we have a great mixture on offer but we want to do more to bring variety and something new to try.

New weekly Arise sessions are now happening on Sunday evenings. These are designed to help our members focus and start the week in the right space mentally.
Sundayās will now host our Lockdown Beatdown classes. Lockdown Beatdown is a fast moving class based around boxing skills and conditioning drills. There are no mindless burpees here, you must always be switched on, ready to react to what is coming next. Pushing your cognitive abilities whilst under physical and mental fatigue
We brought back Little Warriors in January and we are adding shorter sessions to our little members too. As a community, we want to support the children of our members by helping them keep fit and doing something as a family. These were hugely popular in 2019 so we are chuffed to be bringing them back in lockdown.
PT outside is still on!
It might be cold but as long as we can exercise with one other person outside we will be training our members 1:1.
Whether we are doing hill sprints in the local woods or tyre flipping in the car park ā we will create individual, tailored sessions for our members.
