I am the Nutritional Specialist at Evo. I have a huge determination and focus to help empower men and women in fitness and to encourage us to support and champion each other.
I have always been extremely passionate about fitness and helping others so being a trainer was the most natural step for me to take. I dedicate my time training people using the best functional skills and tools that give them the body and confidence they have been searching for.
To me, good nutrition is not something you have to do, it is what your body deserves in order for you to live life fully energised and uplifted. It is important to me to educate clients in healthy sustainable eating. Well-being is of the body, health and mind and I help develop clients in all areas. I believe that with the right direction this lifestyle is fun and the benefits – unbelievably rewarding!
At the moment, I am on maternity leave from my work at Evo.
Unlike my colleagues, I was never interested in sport growing up and certainly had no interest in exercise! After having my first daughter, she became the centre of my world and I knew that I had to be the best Mum I could be! It took me a very long time to work out that in order to be the best Mum I could be, I also needed to be the best version of me that I could be.
I took part in an 8 week challenge losing 18lb, dropping 2 dress sizes and with it, I gained an infinite amount of self-esteem. A few months later I fell pregnant with our second daughter and I was determined I would continue with the great advances I had made with my training! I went from member to staff member because I wanted to be part of something that could make a difference to people. Being a member as well as an Evo Team member means I can empathise with what it’s like to push yourself through the classes and keep focused on your end goals.
I am at Evo most days but you’ll see me in the office rather than on the gym floor – and you’ll definitely email or chat to me on the phone!
My job is to motivate, support and push people to break through their barriers and help them realise what they’re truly capable of. A huge reason why The Evolution Project was attractive to me, and so many members, is the community feel around the place – you come in and sometimes you feel like never leaving.
I’ve been involved in sports from a young age and through natural progression found myself in the fitness industry. For me, the focal point of training is to constantly strive to be better, whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally. When in class you’ll definitely hear me before you see me.
I like to see people set and reach a goal and then set new ones and step outside their comfort zones. It’s all about pushing forward with momentum and helping them to understand their body. I want people to understand why we are doing it.
The mental aspect of training is what really stands out to me. Feeling better mentally carries thousands of benefits. Every person that walks in has untapped potential and with the right coaching and mindset can achieve whatever they set their mind to.
Hard Work Pays Off, and if you put in the work, you’ll get the reward.
My passion for exercise has always and will always be using movement to help keep a healthy clear mindset, whilst creating an impressive rig to go with it.
My love of sport means you’ll find me giving anything a go! If you’re a man down, I’m your man. At the moment, more recently my efforts were focused more toward boxing, strength and running.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently studying for my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Certificate.
Fitness has been my passion since a young age. Working at The Evolution Project has allowed me to help members achieve their goals without sacrificing their happiness and lifestyle. I find my job rewarding when I see the improvements in confidence, strength and wellbeing of our members.
I have trained for over 25 years now – using different techniques for different goals from muscle building to fat loss and almost everything in between. I know how it feels to be really fit and I know how it feels to be not so fit, from serious injuries to mental struggles; I’ve been there, so I’m able to both empathise and understand some of our member’s challenges.
I believe training should be enjoyable, so I work hard to ensure that the classes have a great balance of effectiveness and fun.
I am a proactive and supportive coach with a background in both Personal and Training development. I can help and empower you to set and accomplish your goals, to push yourself further than you ever thought possible and truly reach your potential; leaving you feeling healthier, stronger and ultimately happier with a great sense of achievement.

I was always a skinny child, with eating disorders and extreme weight loss being a constant thoughout my childhood and adolescence, but through me finding training and delving deeper into everything from nutrition to biomechanics it has allowed me to become a version of myself I am proud of, whilst still striving to progress further.
Through my BSc Sport and Exercise Science I have been allowed to gain a more technical and in-depth view on everything there is to know about training and the way the human body functions both in and out of training, making me that much more confident to undertake any challenge a client throws at me and still enable them to get the physique they dream of.
My determination and passion for my own fitness goals and performance has only bettered the development of my knowledge and skills as a coach, with my knowledge and enthusiasm for my personal journey to step on a bodybuilding stage and be one of the best being mirrored in my execution as a coach.
I’ve been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. It’s been my constant companion, motivating me to push my limits and strive for greatness. Growing up as one of four boys, my household was a bustling arena of healthy competition, where we constantly pushed each other to be the best. This journey of competition taught me something invaluable: mental and physical resilience. I discovered that fitness isn’t just about physical prowess, but cultivating a resilient mindset that can conquer any challenge.
Currently, I am pursuing a BSc in Sports Science, which has allowed me to dive deeper into the fascinating world of fitness and sport. This course has been an incredible journey, unveiling the intricate physiological, biomechanical, and psychological aspects that underpin human performance. From understanding how our bodies adapt and optimize, to examining the complex interplay between mind and body, this education has fuelled my passion and expanded my horizons. I’m amazed by the limitless potential we all possess, and I’m committed to unlocking it, both in myself and in others.
Beyond the lecture theatre and sports labs, I’m constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to apply my knowledge. Whether it’s designing personalised training programs or engaging in fitness challenges myself, I’m always eager to put theory into practice and make a tangible impact.
I have a passion for movement and I coach because I love seeing people gain confidence in their body. I love watching people’s capabilities improve and their confidence grow My moto is ‘training for life – enabling people to live a better quality of life through functional movement’.
I practice and compete in a wide range of disciplines including CrossFit, calisthenics strongman and running – I’ve completed over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons including 100 miles in less than 24 hours. I wish to challenge stereotypes and to promote women as strong and to showcase that age is experience and not a limitation.
I have been representing Great Britain as a full time Judo athlete for 8 years. During this time I have learnt so much through training in the gym, whether it be losing weight, building muscle, or coming back from injury.
The most important thing for me is training our mentality. In general we train our bodies so much and end up neglecting our minds. I think it is important that we train our minds, along with our bodies, to have better and longer lasting results.
I completed my qualification for personal training because I love the positive impact that training can have on people, in so many ways. I enjoy using what I learn to help people reach their goals.
