It has been my dream and passion to create a new, exciting and unique fitness experience unlike anything seen before. When you come here you will discover a passion for training and natural nutrition. This will change your life and transform your body back to its natural, beautiful state. Everything in life begins with your health and your happiness. Your Career, house and the money in your bank are meaningless without having the health and confidence to enjoy it.
If there was a place that could transform your body, inspire and motivate you to reach your highest potential in life would you be interested? If there was a place that could show you the quickest path to the body of your dreams, reverse your ageing process and give you a new passion for life….would you take that chance?
This is our purpose at Evo and what we strive to deliver to all those who come through our doors. I promise you that coming here will be an enriching experience that will change your body and your life. I look forward to meeting every one of you and guiding you to the body you desire. Which in turn will give you the confidence and happiness that you deserve.
Gemma-Marie Llewellyn
I am the Nutritional Specialist at Evo. I have a huge determination and focus to help empower men and women in fitness and to encourage us to support and champion each other.
I have always been extremely passionate about fitness and helping others so being a trainer was the most natural step for me to take. I dedicate my time training people using the best functional skills and tools that give them the body and confidence they have been searching for.
To me, good nutrition is not something you have to do, it is what your body deserves in order for you to live life fully energised and uplifted. It is important to me to educate clients in healthy sustainable eating. Well-being is of the body, health and mind and I help develop clients in all areas. I believe that with the right direction this lifestyle is fun and the benefits – unbelievably rewarding!
At the moment, I am on maternity leave from my work at Evo.

Unlike my colleagues, I was never interested in sport growing up and certainly had no interest in exercise! After having my first daughter, she became the centre of my world and I knew that I had to be the best Mum I could be! It took me a very long time to work out that in order to be the best Mum I could be, I also needed to be the best version of me that I could be.
I took part in an 8 week challenge losing 18lb, dropping 2 dress sizes and with it, I gained an infinite amount of self-esteem. A few months later I fell pregnant with our second daughter and I was determined I would continue with the great advances I had made with my training! I went from member to staff member because I wanted to be part of something that could make a difference to people. Being a member as well as an Evo Team member means I can empathise with what it’s like to push yourself through the classes and keep focused on your end goals.
I am at Evo most days but you’ll see me in the office rather than on the gym floor – and you’ll definitely email or chat to me on the phone!
George Clark
My passion for exercise has always and will always be using movement to help keep a healthy clear mindset, whilst creating an impressive rig to go with it.
My love of sport means you’ll find me giving anything a go! If you’re a man down, I’m your man. At the moment, more recently my efforts were focused more toward boxing, strength and running.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently studying for my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Certificate.
John Humphreys
Fitness has been my passion since a young age. Working at The Evolution Project has allowed me to help members achieve their goals without sacrificing their happiness and lifestyle. I find my job rewarding when I see the improvements in confidence, strength and wellbeing of our members.
I have trained for over 25 years now – using different techniques for different goals from muscle building to fat loss and almost everything in between. I know how it feels to be really fit and I know how it feels to be not so fit, from serious injuries to mental struggles; I’ve been there, so I’m able to both empathise and understand some of our member’s challenges.
I believe training should be enjoyable, so I work hard to ensure that the classes have a great balance of effectiveness and fun.
I am a proactive and supportive coach with a background in both Personal and Training development. I can help and empower you to set and accomplish your goals, to push yourself further than you ever thought possible and truly reach your potential; leaving you feeling healthier, stronger and ultimately happier with a great sense of achievement.

I have a passion for movement and I coach because I love seeing people gain confidence in their body. I love watching people’s capabilities improve and their confidence grow My moto is ‘training for life – enabling people to live a better quality of life through functional movement’.
I practice and compete in a wide range of disciplines including CrossFit, calisthenics strongman and running – I’ve completed over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons including 100 miles in less than 24 hours. I wish to challenge stereotypes and to promote women as strong and to showcase that age is experience and not a limitation.
Reece Liggins
Fitness has been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember
I’ve played football for over 20 years and I’ve always been competitive, growing up as the youngest of six children meant I was always trying to keep up and prove myself, whether it was on the football pitch or in everyday life, that environment taught me resilience, discipline and that nothing worthwhile comes easy
After tearing my ACL, my whole approach to fitness changed, before the injury I was all about pushing harder, lifting more and chasing performance, going through rehab made me appreciate movement, recovery and consistency in a completely different way, it taught me that looking after your body is just as important as pushing it
That experience is a big reason why I love coaching today, fitness is about so much more than changing the way you look, it builds confidence, improves your mindset and gives you the tools to handle challenges inside and outside the gym.
Lily Sellars
I have always had a strong interest in fitness and strength training and have found it to be fundamental to both my physical and mental well being.
Becoming a mother highlited the importance of pursuing my passion for fitness and wellbeing and starting my journey in becoming a coach.
I’m so glad I took the leap and joined The Evolution Project. I have seen the powerful impact of a supportive community in helping each other achieve healthier, happier lives and am thrilled to be a part of it.
I love to support others in reaching their goals and feeling confident and capable in their bodies.
It’s a privilege to be part of an incredible team of coaches with a wealth of knowledge and experience and a shared passion for fitness and health!
Dale Hooper
I offer over a full decade and a half of experience in the fitness industry and everyday is a learning day!
My main focus is to educate and support each and every person that sets foot in Evo. I’m a very chilled person but can help motivate when needed!
I have 3 kiddos and a wifey at home and remind me why we stay fit and active. So we can go on that bike ride or best the other dads in the sports day race!
I have always been into sports with football being the main focus! I have recently have taken to trying golf and looking forward to seeing where that path takes me.
