  • Warrior: This class gives you more time to lift heavier weights, pushing you to failure or your 1 rep max. They are specifically for sculpting the body, increasing muscle, definition and strength and have limited or no cardio specific exercises.
  • Transformation: The most energetic class you will ever do! Music is pumped high and so is the heartrate as you challenge yourself with body weight exercises mixed with weights and cardio. You never know what you’re going to get and you’ll never do the same workout twice!
  • Saturday Roast: You may have done circuit training before, but you’ve never done it Saturday Roast style! Rotate around our course of 30 stations designed to test your strength, stamina and endurance. Highly effective, challenging and rewarding; with little time to rest!
  • Lift and Shift: We usually offer a range of class formats which you can see below. To get the best from training during the pandemic we are merging them into one so each class will include heavy weights and cardio – Lifting weights, shifting body fat and making you sweat!
  • Any Kit Combo Online: A fully interactive online workout, from the comfort of your own home! Our Coach will take you through a full body workout whether you have home equipment or not!
  • Open Gym: Come & try a session in your own unique way! You choose what to do & how to do it! There will be workouts available for you try out if you’d like some guidance, otherwise train in your own way!
  • Fight Club: Punch, run, jump and slam your way through this high intensity class! Develop your power, endurance, co-ordination and mental fortitude whilst learning the basics of boxing as you push yourself to the limit!
