Yoga

  • Warrior: This class gives you more time to lift heavier weights, pushing you to failure or your 1 rep max. They are specifically for sculpting the body, increasing muscle, definition and strength and have limited or no cardio specific exercises.
  • Transformation: The most energetic class you will ever do! Music is pumped high and so is the heartrate as you challenge yourself with body weight exercises mixed with weights and cardio. You never know what you’re going to get and you’ll never do the same workout twice!
  • Enigma: Specialist smaller classes using dynamic training systems, designed to push your results to another level. You can expect German Volume Training, Splits, Boxing and more – whatever this class is, you’ll leave feeling like you have worked your muscles harder than ever!
  • Hiit and Run: Crazy and effective 35 minute lunchtime session which will work the entire body and still leave time for a protein shake and a shower!
  • Yoga: Our take on Yoga is unlike any other! Expect stretching and holding techniques designed to strengthen and relax the body with our expert yoga teacher. Combining yoga with your strength and cardio classes will help you see amazing results with long term benefits.
  • Saturday Roast: You may have done circuit training before, but you’ve never done it Saturday Roast style! Rotate around our course of 30 stations designed to test your strength, stamina and endurance. Highly effective, challenging and rewarding; with little time to rest!
