We have been back outdoors since 29 March – getting sunburn and frostbite!
From Monday 12 April we will be back inside but with a twist on our normal format.
Our online classes won’t be going anywhere but our indoor sessions will be in the format of a workout of the day. This means that our members will be booking to attend sessions and they can follow the workout that will be up on the wall for them to see. There is a limited number of spaces on each session to ensure social distancing can continue in the gym.
Because we have two units next to each other, we are hosting sessions in one, and an open gym in the other. Our open gym unit is smaller and has rowing machines alongside weights to give members the chance to work on all sorts of equipment to challenge themselves.
