If You Want To Be Healthier – Question your inner voice!

Success in anything you do is the result of small and smart choices that you make over time. They can be applied to every area of your life, such as your work, relationships or your health. Your success (or lack of it) is created by your choices and habits made every day. Making the right choices can create better, happier and lasting changes in your life.

Ask yourself these questions to bring about a healthier you:

What choices will I make today for my health?

Do you say no to unhealthy foods in theworkplace and at home? Do you exercise regularly? Have you added some form of strength training to your cardio routine? Do you include enough natural foods in your diet?

It may sound overwhelming, but with a little bit of planning ahead and taking it one decision at a time, you can make dozens of small decisions a day that all add up to a healthier you!

What excuses do I need to ditch?

Are you blaming your excess weight on emotions? Lack of time? The weather? If you blame someone or something else, you aren’t taking 100% responsibility for your life. Your body has one life, and you alone are responsible for what your body says about you. Once you take full ownership for your health, you can begin to change it in a positive direction.

WHY?

Why do you want to be healthy and fit? We’re all motivated by different ideas. Maybe you want to feel healthier, to have more energy or to look amazing in time for summer? Or maybe you’re motivated by a fitness challenge / event you have set yourself. Whatever it is for you, make sure you see this motivation in a place where you will read it every day so it gets you up and moving!

Your results are a combination of your daily choices, so what choices will you make today to support your own health? You could start by coming down to Evolution Project tonight.
