My personal journey has always been about health more then my physique (although that comes alongside as a lovely big bonus!).
During my 20s I had some health problems and underwent a few operations, one which was life threatening. This started my journey to understanding my body better and making sure I gave it the best journey I could by being full of health, energy and vitality.
My love for fitness deepened, I quit eating animals (mainly for ethical reasons but also health) and focused my attention towards plant-based vitamins, minerals and proteins.
I get questions all the time about what my diet consists of – a lot of different yummy vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices that are creatively cooked to make my meals varied, tasty and sometimes interesting-when my recipes go wrong! Haha!
But the one thing I never go a day without doing is delving into my Super Human Cupboard! This is a big cupboard in my kitchen full of jars containing lots of Superfoods essential for health and nutritional well-being!
Superfoods provide your body with amazing building blocks to function more effectively. They boost your immune system, protect your cells, increase energy and stamina, balance your body, full of anti-oxidants and also enhance your mood – I could go on.
With Superfoods and a healthy balanced diet, your body can be in a constant state of optimum health!

Baobab – stimulates the metabolism, high amount of iron and calcium
