SuperFood Protein Snack

Last week i made a super easy and quick protein snack to share with all the ladies on our new challenge. These went down so well and were all gone within seconds. They are full of Protein, Superfoods and are Raw Vegan, so anyone and everyone can get involved.

And they taste amazing!

Gems Bao-Bee Protein Balls

Makes 10-12 balls


  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Raw Vegan Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Lemon- Juice and Zest
  • 1 tbs Natural Sweetner
  • 2 tbs Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbs Baobab Powder
  • Bee Pollen

(I used Natural protein powder flavour, vanilla will also work well or you can round up Almond Flour to 1 cup instead.)


Blend all ingredients together (minus Bee Pollen) to form a sticky mix.

Squeeze and roll into balls.

Sprinkle Bee Pollen on top and chill until firm.
