Make SURE These 3 Exercises Are In your Routine!

Over the years training hundreds of people through The Evolution Project, Camberley, I have seen that strength training has the main purpose of helping you build strength and muscle, lose body fat and improve your fitness.

Whilst there is a place for a lot of different strength exercises, there are some that will really help build the foundation to achieving the above!

The Squat – This is one of the best exercises for initiating strong muscle growth in the body! Squats stimulate every muscle in the lower body whilst also engaging your core! The more muscle you have, the stronger you are and the higher your metabolism –helping you burn body fat.

Deadlifts – Deadlifts are amazing (when done correctly) for working the whole body! They strengthen everything including your core, lower back, legs and your grip. Deadlifts are the perfect exercise for burning body fat as it uses the biggest muscles in the body – generating a huge calorie burn during and after your workout!

Pull-Ups – Something I have mentioned recently in my blog, Pull-ups are to your upper body what squats and deadlifts are to your legs! They are incredible for working a large amount of muscles in the back, shoulders and arms. They are great for getting your heart racing, increasing your metabolism and burning body fat!

Get the most from your workouts by putting 100% effort into the above 3 exercises in the gym every week to see positive changes to your definition, fat loss and strength!
