Chia Seeds – High in Omega 3 and Calcium and helps lower cholesterol!
Bee Pollen – Contains nearly all nutrients necessary for optimum health and keeps muscle tissue strong – great after a workout!
Hemps Seeds – High in natural protein, omega 3 and 6 and promote healthy cells!
Cacao – High in magnesium, elevates mood and energy levels!

Super Berry Chia Bowl!
¼ Cup Organic Chia Seeds
1 Cup Organic Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Organic Bee Pollen
1 Handful Raw Flaked Almonds
1 Tbsp Organic Cacao Nibs
1 Tbsp Organic Hemp Seeds
Handful of Organic Strawberries
Mix chia seeds and milk until well combined. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
Mix in the morning until any lumps are smooth. Add ingredients as toppings and serve.
