Lessons From Autumn!

I love all seasons but Autumn I believe really shows a message to all of us!
When you are out in nature, look around you and what do you see?!
The trees are showing you just how beautiful ‘letting go’ can be!
Over the years as I have seen members at my gym – The Evolution Project holding a lot of tension, negative thoughts, rules and demands on their mind and their bodies and I have see this lead to emotional eating, lack of confidence and lack of being healthy –physically and mentally.
On our 8-Week Challenge Packages we work really hard at building a strong mindset for our members which helps really transform their health, well-being and fitness!
To start on a journey of shifting thought processes and negative patterns think – what would happen if you shed those expectations you put on yourself, those demands you expect – how much lighter and freer would you feel?
Letting go of old habits and negative thoughts that are holding you back, will open you up to new possibilities and enable you to grow in your potential!
Notice how trees change with the seasons, they need to release the past in order to continue to grow and beautifully transform-much like us!
Focus on your future – what will it take for you to be your happiest and healthiest version of yourself?
Take each day at a time and take action to promote health, happiness, energy and natural well-being! Exercise regularly, eat healthy plant foods full of vitamins and minerals, and meditate, even for just a couple of minutes!
Remember – just like trees, not all of us change at the same time, every journey is different but every journey is special and has purpose on this earth!

About the Author Gemma Marie Llewellyn

I am the Head Coach and Nutritional Specialist at Evo. I have a huge determination and focus to help empower men and women in fitness and to encourage us to support and champion each other. I have always been extremely passionate about fitness and helping others so being a trainer was the most natural step for me to take. I dedicate my time training people using the best functional skills and tools that give them the body and confidence they have been searching for. To me, good nutrition is not something you have to do, it is what your body deserves in order for you to live life fully energised and uplifted. It is important to me to educate clients in healthy sustainable eating. Well-being is of the body, health and mind and I help develop clients in all areas. I believe that with the right direction this lifestyle is fun and the benefits – unbelievably rewarding!
