The Healthy Summer Drink Full Of Benefits!


I am always on a quest to increase my energy, health and well-being and this drink is a firm favourite of mine, especially when the weather is hot (and if you have been heavily pregnant in the summer – then you really know what hot is!)

Do you wake up in the morning feeling exhausted?

Lemon water with Pink Himalayan Salt not only boosts energy in a natural, effective way, but it also provides a huge amount of health benefits.

Himalayan sea salt contains 84 trace minerals, which is why it is so nourishing! In order for our bodies to function in their best and most efficient way, our health depends on having adequate micro nutrient and mineral stores.

Here’s why I drink it:

Lemons – High in Vitamin C (good for the immune system), help balance the body’s pH, naturally antibacterial, help dissolve uric acid (which means they decrease inflammation in joints!)

Himalayan Pink Salt

Digestion Sea salt helps to stimulate enzymes that aid digestion. The salt helps nutrients from food and water to be absorbed into the body.

Hydration: Drinking water with natural salt increases hydration allowing the body to absorb and use the water you are taking in.
