Gems Very Berry Bliss Balls

Hi everyone!

Check out another recipe for protein balls I created on Sunday, this is high in protein, iron, omegas and superfoods!

Acai for those of you not using it yet is a powerful anti-oxidant boosting the immune system and containing essential omega 3 and 6. Acai is also high in iron which helps transport all the lovely minerals we put into our body on a daily basis through our blood.

Gems Berry Bliss Balls

2 scoops of protein powder

½ cup almond flour

2 tbsp chia seeds

¼ cup acai powder

¼ cup blueberries

¼ cup almond milk

1-2 tbsp raw natural sweetener

Method

Add – protein, almond flour, chia seeds and Acai together and mix until well combined.

Blend milk and blueberries until well mixed

Add berry mixture to flour mixture

Add 1-2 tbsp natural sweetener

Mix until forms a sticky batter-like consistency

Form into balls

Optional – roll in almond flour to coat.
