Evo Goes Virtual

Well, just as we make a plan to relaunch our blog, the world was turned upside down by the Coronavirus. We never expected our first post in years to be about this.

That said, our community is incredibly important to us and our mission to help as many people as possible transform their lives through experiencing the greatest fitness experience ever, still stands. 

You might not know us yet. you might have been thinking about joining us before all this happened or you might be looking for where you’ll get fit and healthy once this is over. 

So, to help with all of those possible thoughts, here you can read about some of the things we are doing for our members in these strange times: 

• We revamped our timetable and now host at least three live workouts each day. We are also hosting workshops, team quizzes and healthy eating chats too – this is about being a community as well as keeping fit and healthy
• Co-founder and nutritionist, Gem, is posting recipes for people and families to try – from cookies to frittatas – they are healthy and fun to make 
• We  have rented out equipment to members (for free), provided resistance bands for members so they can train in different ways and we are using a mixture of Zoom and FB live to connect so we can see people as they train and continue to coach them. 

I could go on. The spirit in the team, the community ideas and the online games are all cementing the phrase ‘kind of like a gym but more like a family’. This isn’t going to be easy for anyone in business, but our mission isn’t changing, and we are here for the journey.
