Why I eat salt everyday (and so should you!)

Now when i tell people that I eat salt everyday -most people are shocked!

‘But you are healthy!’ ‘Salt is bad for you!’

My response – Did you know there is a way you can add salt to your food, making you digest essential minerals that your body requires and therefore get healthier and more nourishment by eating it!

Sounds great right!

Himalayan Sea Salt – This is a pure mineral substance mainly used for its natural medicinal properties for thousands of years by the locals.

Apart from the fact it looks beautiful, (pink and sparkly!) this amazing purchase has so many benefits to add to your health!

This is salt in its most pure and mineral dense form, containing up to 84 of the minerals our body and brain needs in order to function properly. (We actually require 90 different minerals and vitamins in all) so using this salt is a great step forward!

Many minerals found in this salt are important to helping us maintain strong bones, aid muscle regeneration, strengthen our connective tissues and promote healthy blood circulation.

This salt also helps our bodies regulate our Ph Balance. If your body is too acidic due to the food you eat and the chemicals in your system, our bodies need to bring it back to a normal state (which is slightly alkaline) and when kept at this level, helps fight and prevent diseases and boosts our immune system.

Not a fan of salt on your food? There are also other ways of including this salt into your lifestyle!

Himalayan Mineral Soak to use in the bath is also great (and a good excuse to use for some ‘me’ time.) A salt lamp to purify the air in your home is also a brilliant purchase and is great for anyone with sleep problems!

However you wish to use Himalayan Salt is up to you, but using it, I believe is a must to keep protecting and providing nourishment to your body!
