1 cup of Hot Water
¼ tsp Organic Turmeric (grated or powder)
¼ tsp Organic Ginger (grated or powder)
½ Juice of Organic Lemon (or a couple of fresh slices)
Boil water, let water cool a little– add ingredients and continue to stir as you drink to keep mixing all those amazing ingredients with the water.
