Sometimes with all the good intention in the world, we can fall into a motivational slump –
Exercising feels hard
‘Finding time’ to prepare healthy food feels impossible
Even wanting to eat healthy is a chore
You feel bad, lethargic, and grumpy and need something to snap you out of it-FAST!
So find your inspiration in your everyday life!
Everywhere around us, whether through walking/sitting in nature, friends, social media and other external factors we are gifted with experiences to inspire us and to be the best version of ourselves that we can be – whatever that may be. So use this to increase your motivation in life/exercise/fitness/health – wherever you feel you need it most!
MORNING RITUAL
Everyone who knows me, knows I LOVE sleep – seriously love it! But I always get up early (5am if you are wondering) and start my day feeling full of positivity, love and energy.
My Personal Ritual –
Meditation to help calm my mind and bring me to focus
Sun Salutations (stretches) to awaken my body and prepare it for the day ahead
Moringa Tea/Coconut Water/Healthy Juice to provide energy and optimum health!
However long you have in the morning- it could be 5 burpees and a raw natural protein shake or some slow deep breaths and gentle stretching – make sure you do something to awaken your body and to appreciate this morning and every morning in your life!
Life is getting up an hour early to live an hour more!
FITNESS
There is nothing better to increase your inspiration then doing a physical activity you love! (Endorphins make you happy!)
Stepping out of your comfort zone can sometimes be exactly what you need to get you out of that motivational crevice you have found yourself in!
Variety is the spice of life so find something that will keep you excited and interested and wanting more!
I have only to see my amazing members training hard, enjoying the diverse variety of sessions, smiling, laughing and making friends with one another to feel so much love for them and inspiration from them!
MAKE A GRATITUDE LIST
Ever noticed when you are happy, everything seems to fall into balance? It is much easier to be and eat healthy when you are in a good place. Writing one thing a day that you are grateful for, making it different each day and after 1 week you will have such a list to appreciate all the wonderful parts of your life.
Seeing how blessed you have made your life already will inspire you to eat and train for health/energy to enjoy what you have created and welcome even more wonderful attributes into your life.
With increased happiness, energy and well-being every day, imagine all the things you can achieve!
