Anyone for a lunchtime workout?

They are back on the timetable! We are continuing to change our timetable as we listen to members and work out what we can do safely so we are making a few changes to timings and adding in a lunchtime class.

The lunchtime classes are either 1230 or 1pm every weekday as we know that having a break while working at home is so important.

Join us from Monday for Lift and Shifts ā€“ fast, fat burning and a great way to energise your afternoon!
