Ingredients

1 cup almond butter

¼ cup coconut oil, softened
•
1½ Tablespoons raw honey
•
¼ cup raw cacao, melted
Instructions
1. Simply mix almond butter, coconut oil and honey together in a bowl, until
smooth and creamy.
2.
Transfer the mixture to a baking
dish, (I used cupcake moulds as I wanted little cakes rather then a tray bake,
but either is good) then smooth with a spatula, and place in fridge until
solid, about an hour.
3.
Melt raw Cacao and spoon onto nut
butter, (you can smooth this down if you like, but I liked a more natural
effect)
4.
Place back in the fridge to solidify,
30-40mins.
5.
Remove the fudge cakes from the
fridge and EAT! Yum!!
