I have been representing Great Britain as a full time Judo athlete for 8 years. During this time I have learnt so much through training in the gym, whether it be losing weight, building muscle, or coming back from injury.
The most important thing for me is training our mentality. In general we train our bodies so much and end up neglecting our minds. I think it is important that we train our minds, along with our bodies, to have better and longer lasting results.
I completed my qualification for personal training because I love the positive impact that training can have on people, in so many ways. I enjoy using what I learn to help people reach their goals.
