Magnesium Mineral Marvel!

I believe that exercise and nutrition are vital to maintain a
healthy physique, mind and body; however, even the healthiest of us can be
deficient in one mineral or other without even realizing it!

I was constantly having problems with sleeping and anxiety and
thought it was due to running my own business and I would just have to learn to
cope, then I learned that this could actually be a mineral deficiency!

Have you ever suffered with any of the following?

Sleep problems

Anxiety

Migraines

Joint and muscle pain

Low energy

Reduced memory

Yep, me too!!

Magnesium is yours (and my) answer! It is said to be one of the most
common nutritional deficiencies at present (affecting 80-90% of us) and yet so
important it is required for over 300 biochemical reactions in our body!

When your cells don’t contain the proper minerals they need, your
health suffers and your body cannot carry out their necessary
functions-magnesium is the main contributor to these cells, so vital to keep
topped up!

Q. So how can we include more Magnesium?

A. With good nutrition-perfect!!

Leafy greens

Nuts

Seeds

Avocados

Bananas

Are all perfect foods full of magnesium!

I was and am eating these foods, however, sometimes a little extra
help is needed….so I started using a fab secret weapon!

Pure Magnesium Oil– Oil is absorbed 5times quicker then tablet form
and perfect for the helping training recovery, relaxing muscles, Improved sleep
patterns and all the issues listed above.  Just 4-5
sprays on my lower back every day really made my muscles ease up and lessen the
pain I had-I am sooo thankful I discovered it! 🙂

If you think you are lacking in magnesium, whether through diet or
oil – start introducing magnesium into your lifestyle
for a healthier and happier body!
