Exercise and good nutrition is key when losing body fat and looking
like a lean beach god(dess) during holiday season, but did you know there are
certain types of food that can aid your quest to godly perfection
Cinnamon – there is an active compound in cinnamon that makes fat
cells more receptive to insulin, this means insulin transports sugar into cells
for energy, keeping insulin levels low and therefore less body fat is stored.
Eat
How – sprinkle on sweet potato /apple slices / add to
smoothies.
Omega 3 – Fatty acids can help reduce fat in your mid section and
keep stress hormones such as cortisol from peaking too high – which is a
contributing factor to abdominal fat!

Green Tea – okay, technically not a food, but so good for you, I
could not overlook it! Drink up ladies…and gents
Quercetin – this plant pigment blocks small fat cells from maturing
and decreases inflammation in the body.
