The fungi kingdom flys mostly under the radar but the benefits truly are incredible. Our DNA is in fact very close to a mushroom which means it is highly bioavailable to us.
Cordyceps are adaptogens which means they will lower your cortisol, boost your energy & endurance and studies have shown they can heal DNA.
One study (1) has shown that people given a mushroom supplement were significantly less likely to suffer heart failure.

For me, this is one of the greatest foods on the planet (ever wonder why people in the Med age so well?) Olive oil is one of the richest sources of monounsaturated fats which has been definitively proven to help our hearts, skin and cardiovascular system.
So make sure you add some to your salad, veg or anything that takes your fancy.
Another great addition to your cooking! Garlic is high in sulfur which is great for reinvigorating skin.
Garlic is a powerful anti-aging food which is also good for your liver, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
It is also awesome for stopping random strangers kissing you!
Want to stay forever young? You need to decrease the amount of free radicals attacking your cells and tissue. This means you need foods that are high in antioxidants.
Honorable mentions go to strawberries, blueberries and pomegranates but Acai ECLIPSES them all.

SHOCK HORROR! Watercress is a powerful anti-aging food!
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention went looking for the most nutritious vegetables with regards to density. Watercress came out above kale, spinach and swiss chard. Pretty amazing!
