You have been telling yourself, this year is your year to enjoy summer feeling confident and happy with your body. You may have lost a little, a lot or not much so far, but do you know the best tips to lose body fat effectively to keep you on track/or even start you off on your journey to achieving what you desire?!

High Intensity Exercise

This is a fantastic way to shed that body fat, at the Evolution Project we combine Intensity Training with the best weight movements to increase your lean muscle and get results fast! Remember, the more lean muscle you have the more body fat you burn!

Essential for fat loss, your kidneys get super lazy if you do not drink enough water and they then require the liver to help them out. The livers function is to help your body burn fat and convert this into energy, a job it cannot fully do if the kidneys are not operating at their max, so drink up!!

Drop the processed

In order to have a healthy mind and a healthy amazing looking body, processed foods need to be cut waaaaay back! At The Evolution Project, our lovely members know with our help and guidance, that what they put into their bodies is just as important as all their amazing effort on our training floor!

Gluten, Dairy, Alcohol, Refined Sugar should all be cut down (and out if possible). Use completely nutritious foods such as fruit, veg, nuts and organic proteins to really help boost your body fat loss and more importantly your health. The more vitamins and minerals your body receives the better it works for you on the outside and inside. Better performance when training, more energy and more fantastic results!

Our 8-week Transformation programs show you how and what foods to cut out and what healthy, tasty, enjoyable foods to replace them with for maximum results!

Chill out!

Cortisol is something that our bodies produce through our adrenal glands, short bursts of cortisol provide energy to help our bodies throughout the day. Over training or leading a highly stressful life can up the build up of cortisol leading to increase in fat around your stomach. Make sure when training, you have rest days, and get plenty of sleep to help your body continue to burn fat day after day!
